1. What can I expect from an in home visit?

If you've never experienced an in-home service before, prepare to be dazzled. Once your booking request has been confirmed, a skilled therapist will arrive at your home or office and transform your space into a therapeutic oasis for the time of your service.

Care is paid to ensure that our services are extremely convenient but non intrusive.

2. Do your therapists come to my area?

We currently service most parts of the GTA and our guest service representatives will do our best to accommodate your region upon booking.

3. Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is a small $130 minimum order request in both the Esthetics and Hair and Make up section. This is to ensure that we are maximizing the in home visit of our Estheticians and Beauticians.

4. Are gratuities included in the charge?

Gratuities are not included in the service charge and though they are highly appreciated they are not mandatory.

5. What is a spa party?

A spa party is a spa themed event for a group of 4 and over. We carefully consult with the party organizer to ensure that we deliver their vision for the event. A maid of honor might want to organize a spa pajama party for a bridal group. This party would be very different from a spa party we would organize with an event planner hosting a thank you event for officers of a company.

7. Do you write receipts for insurance claims?

A lot of employers offer group benefits to their staff as part of their employee wellness and retention program however for a number of reasons employees don't fully take advantage of this huge offering.

Through many surveys we have identified time constraints and convince as some of the reasons these benefits go unused. We are happy to offer little extras to help insured people take advantage of their benefits.

We do issue receipts for all services and have handy claim forms for a number of insurance companies, as services such as Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Yoga, Pilates and Nutritional therapy are covered by most benefits!

8. What are your cancellation policies?

We are a mobile spa with therapists on the road and in order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. 50% will be charged for appointments cancelled within 24hrs of services and 100% for no shows or appointments cancelled within 2hours of a service.

Groups require 7 days notice. If this time requirement is not fulfilled, full services charges will still apply on any late cancellations or no show appointments. We reserve the right to keep any deposit paid if sufficient notice is not given.
