10. What are your cancellation policies?
We are a mobile spa in Toronto with therapists on the road, and in order to provide you, and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for non groups. 50% will be charged for appointments cancelled within 24 hrs. of services and 100% for no shows or appointments cancelled within 2hours of a service.
For group bookings, 50% will be charged for appointments cancelled within 48hrs of the appointment date and 100% for cancellations within 24hours of the appointment date.
If this time requirement is not fulfilled, full services charges will still apply on any late cancellations or no show appointments. We reserve the right to keep any deposit paid if sufficient notice is not given.
